[hpsdr] No audio with PowerSDR 3.2.19

I decided to give PowerSDR a whirl. I setup a new windows 8.1 box and installed PowerSDR.
It connects to the my HPSDR setup fine, but I can't get any audio out ( receive ).

Windows seems to play sounds ok, so I don't think its that. That said however, I am pretty
ignorant about windows.

I tried going though setup in powerSDR. In the Audio tab, I can't change anything on the
tab other than buffer size and the sampling size. Its say input and output are HPSDR.

I went through ever other config menu I could fine. I can see signals in the waterfall
display etc. Tuning works fine. Just no audio.
