[hpsdr] Microphone Impedance

Hi Tim,

All HPSDR boards are using TI codec TLV320AIC23B. Typ. Input resistance is
14 k ohms (min. 8 k ohms) and input capacitance 10 pF. An condenser/electret
microphone is certainly a good choice.
