[hpsdr] Book

Looks like a print-on-demand book that's an aggregation of stuff pulled 
off the net. (Google Books has the ISBN listed)

Whilst Wikipedia content's OK for that, if correctly attributed, I 
wonder if there aren't some copyright violations in there.

I expect Google would offer up far more than this book.
