I saw this too. I can't see it offering anything that enhances what is 
available on openhpsdr.org and other sites.

I have seen even more blatant misuse of the open source Flightgear 
project - the guy never referred to the Flightgear project.

He simply downloaded the .exe and sold it as if it were his own project.
