[hpsdr] ANAN-100 sometimes no TX after upgrade to 2.9b/3.0 and 3.2.19

You're right Joe. As I recall there is one filter switching issue. Much 
better to have the PTT out working again with CW so my ACOM linear 
switches correctly than worry about a few watts out.
