[hpsdr] Hermes 144mhz

Hi All
I'm new here in the forum. I thinking to buy me a Hermes sdr transiver, now
is that I want to ask whether it is possible to get hermes to run 144MHz
??? I know that there is a low-pass filter at 52 Mhz at the end of the
transmitter, but if you now remove it or replace it with one that goes up
to 150Mhz is there as a chance to hermes going to send / receive on 144MHz
???
or only transverter solution ..
