[hpsdr] List archive not updating...

So it seems that emails may be coming out of the list server, but the 'archive' is not
updating!  For example, the Teamspeak session email and several others (at least!) have
not been posted to the web listing of emails.

I use the 'digest' to know what is new, and visit the webpage to see what is new, rather
than fill my inbox with lots of emails.  My choice, yes, but it needs to be working!
