[hpsdr] Updated KISS Konsole for Cross-platform Execution

On openSUSE after applying the patch I fired up monodevelop, selected 
KISS\ Konsole.sln and it built with just warnings.

I built it separately on 2 openSUSE boxes, copied "Latest" from openSUSE 
to a Kubuntu box, did Build --> clean in monodevelop, ran xbuild and it 
works - no errors, just the expected warnings.

Copied "Latest" to another Kubuntu box from another openSUSE box without 
changes, just did the GUI Setup and it runs.

SDR is Hermes + eb104.ru BPF + eb104.ru 300W PA/LPF, only tested on RX 
so far.

I'll give HEAD a try.
