[hpsdr] Hermes 144mhz

Bent,
     The hermes receiver includes the RLP-50+ Low Pass Filter chip (see 
http://www.minicircuits.com/pdfs/RLP-50+.pdf ).    This on board LPF may 
be very difficult to bypass or to replace.
