I agree that it is not easy to bypass or replace RLP-50+ Low Pass Filter
chip and the following is not a neat solution but...
What would be the effect when the output of a 2nd bandpass filter is
connected to the output of the RLP-50+?
Something like an SXBP-72+ for 70 MHz or SXBP-150+ for 144 MHz, maybe
followed by an amplifier to make up for losses and provide some isolation
before connecting to the output of the RLP-50+?
