[hpsdr] PSDR NR2

Hello,

I was playing around on static-filled 160M last night.  I only found a few
ssb signals, but thought I would try
this NR2 everyone was talking about.

True NR had little good effect, but NR2 was amazing.  Only the strongest of
static crashes came through.

The only thing I saw is that somehow  there is some sort of AGC effect, with
normal signal fading.  It would seem to
lose it's way periodically, but came back when the signal rose back up.


All in all, pretty great stuff!  Even on this Lite.
