[hpsdr] PowerSDR mRX PS 3.2.24.0 problem

Rick,
     Try deleting database.xml at :
C:\Users\Your User Name Here\AppData\Roaming\FlexRadio Systems\PowerSDR 
mRX PS\

     This file is not removed when you uninstall PowerSDR.  It is highly 
likely it is the source of the fatal errors you encountered after the 
re-install.
