All, 

Luis NZ5U kindly alerted me to the fact that the font I was using previously for my posts is not interpreted properly on some systems.  In particular my quotation marks tended to become question marks instead.  Argh!  If that happened to you in receiving my posts I apologize.  I have forced my default font for my email program to “Arial” as opposed to the previous “Helvitica”.  I hope the font change here cures the issue for everyone.
