[hpsdr] Setting freq on PowerSDR.

This question  triggered some interesting thoughts.
You can actually use an aduino as a USB keyboard, an atmega has enough 
pins to make the most complex dedicated HPSDR keyboard you can imagine.
I think its also fast enough to even include a rotary encoder and it 
also works with any other program using keyboard controls.
I am too busy with another project right now but this goes on my "to do" 
list
