[hpsdr] PowerSDR panadapter during TX

Hi!

In my experience, the frequency range of the PowerSDR mRX PS
 panadapter/waterfall changes/reduces during TX periods. This is something
I have not seen in other PSDR variants I have been using. Is there any
control on this ?
