[hpsdr] Exceeded power of Penelope: 630mw

Hi Tokio, 

It is possible that your database.xml file has been corrupted, causing Setup > PA Settings by band to be in error.  You can test whether this is so by deleting the database.xml file and letting the HPSDR PowerSDR program build a fresh one for you.  If there is no change in your symptoms the original database.xml file was likely fine.  

Rather than deleting the database.xml file you might simply drag it to the desktop temporarily from the folder in which it resides, so you can put it back into the original folder later if you find that the file was not causing your problem.
