[hpsdr] repaired Hermes

Hello,

My Hermes was damaged by me when working on my Alex board.  It eventually
started doing strange things
then finally failed to rx any more.

I just replaced the FPGA and it appears to be fully functional again :-)

However, although the rx appears normal using PSDR, and compares favorably
with my K3, I am getting
an ADC1 Overload message flashing.  My other Hermes does not do this.

What can cause this? (because the rx performance seems to be OK)
