[hpsdr] Hermes BOM

FYI

I ordered the wrong part for my Hermes for the LT3680 regulator. I got the
tiny leadless part instead of the part with legs.
Not sure if it was just my mistake, or there was a discrepancy between the
Apache BOM and the TAPR BOM.  It was my last IC
to install, and I was about the start the checkout of the power supplies...

On another note:  Jim Malone shipped my Mini-circuits parts (THANKS!!!) and
tells me he is now going to 'stock' them.
