[hpsdr] HPSDR version .27 ?

Hi,

I hear people talking about a new hpsdr/powersdr .27 version,
but I can't find it at the normal download places, like the svn.tapr.org 
and openhpsdr.org .
Is there a reason for that? or is it not a public release....yet.
