[hpsdr] Older Power SDR download.

Hi,  
I have an Ozy, Penelope, Mercury on Atlas HPSDR.  It works great.  However I have been using an old version of PowerSDR v1.19.3.4.  
I would like to download a later version(s) but now not sure where the older versions are located.  Are we still using TortoiseSVN?  Where can I find something that doesn't require the latest firmware in Penny (1.2) and Mercury (2.9) and doesn't require Metis?
