[hpsdr] PowerSDR Problem with CAT and HRD

     Hi everyone,

     I posted a video of a problem I'm having privately to the HRD 
folks, and their response was to reinstall virtual port software and 
PowerSDR.

     Did not solve the problem.

     This is the second time this has happened, the first time it was 
finally resolved by a fresh OS install. I'd prefer to just fix the 
problem :)
