[hpsdr] ANAN 10 28Mhz tx spectrum and generated birdie

Hi ,

the original post is mine. I'm talking about the anan10 I bougth for a 
quite high price. My concern is : I am heard by locals and not so local 
stations on 4 spots on the band and there are some which are out of band 
as well.The problem is anan and not the external PSU.
