[hpsdr] Ozy/Magister will likely stop working on Win10 in about 60 days

Jim,
Thank you for your reply, indicating that you have multiple Ozy systems, and would be
willing to give financial support for getting the drivers signed! That's the kind of
response that I'm looking for.

If there are enough such replies, I'd consider setting something up on GoFundMe, Crowd
Supply, or similar. The pay-out would be signed drivers. The plan would be if at least
$500 is put up, to get a 1 year cert. If I can get $1000, I'd get a 3-year cert.

I wouldn't hold my breath for Windows 12, as Microsoft has pretty much indicated that they
are doing what Apple has done with OS 10: it will be Windows 10 for a long time, with
quarterly and annual updates or similar.

I, for one, would like to see this continued, so would gladly contribute
some $$.

I have two Ozy setups and would like to continue using. I don't intend
to upgrade to Win 10 until forced, maybe I can stay on Win 7 until Win
12 -- but this issue will still be here.
