[hpsdr] [apache-labs] VFO on piHPSDR

Mike,

When you start piHPSDR, go into GPIO config (on the first screen that comes
up, before you get to the actual radio display) and reverse the pin numbers
for the A and B signals on the VFO encoder. Then the tuning action will be
reversed.

Is this a home brew unit or an Apache Labs unit?
