[hpsdr] Latest Powersdr ; broadcasting ethernet error!

Hi List,

Got a direct mail with a direction to solve the problem:

Doesn't necessarily mean that there is a true error.
That kind of message is expected in case your system is implementing the so
called checksum computation offload, where the IP/UDP/TCP checksum are
computed in hardware ethernet interface and not by the  tcpip stack indie
the OS.
As the wireshark is reading the frame after the stack processed it, but
before the eth hw, the checksums fields are still untouched, hence the
error (that can anyway be disabled) .
