[hpsdr] Upgrading to PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR v3.3.6

Bob,

There is no easy way to deal with this. 3.2.25 to 3.3.6 is a big jump. You
may be best served by printing out every single setup screen, including all
of your transmit profiles, filter and EQ settings and starting from scratch.

If you were just upgrading from the previous version you can use Notepad++
with the compare plug-in to compare the previous database file (which you
would have saved to a backup copy) to the new, pristine, virgin database
file. Add the differences from the new file to the old file and then put
the merged file in place as the new file. This takes some careful study of
the database file to understand what you are doing. Keep backup copies in
the event you screw something up really bad (or just start from scratch as
usual).

A huge PITA, to be sure...
