[hpsdr] Revision 3521 Help Please!!!

Brian, 

I was working with an earlier revision of PowerSDR_v3.3.6 than the most current.  When I just now downloaded the latest, revision 3533, from the SVN I find that I cannot compile it, neither with VS2010 nor with Community 2013. 

The compiler in both cases complains of an XLIFF error in the PowerSDR project.  I’ve never seen that error before and don’t know quite what it means at the moment.   Guess I won’t be much help, sorry.  I have an earier revision of v3.3.6 that works okay for me though, if you’re interested I can put it into a dropbox for you.
