[hpsdr] Revision 3521 Help Please!!!

Hi Bryan, 

I’ll try to help if you wish.  The URL for the source code of the current version for OpenHPSDR PowerSDR v3.3.6 (revision 3533) is:

Seems to compile fine here for me with VS2013 Community (and also with VS2010 Professional, as I recall).  We can work off list on this together if you still have problems.
