[hpsdr] C# Book Recommendation

Hello Roger, Ton, Tom and Neal,

thank you all for recommendation. As it looks like, I will go for 
Murach's C# 2015.
The reason is, that I am working with Visual Studio 2015 and C# 2015, 
already.
The interested part will be, if PowerSDR will compile with C# 2015 
without any
changes. We will see.
