[hpsdr] Angelia_v5.3 and Orion_v4.2 firmware download packages

Angelia_v5.3 and Orion_v4.2 firmware packages are available for download from:

These firmware versions fix a problem that output rf when the hardware TX INHIBIT mode is active when internal FPGA CW rf generation is also active.  

The hardware TX INHIBIT input is pin 9 of the DB-25 connector on the rear panel of the ANAN-100D and ANAN-200D.  Ground pin 9 to make TX INHIBIT active.  

For OpenHPSDR PowerSDR users: Remember to check the Setup > Transmit > External TX Inhibit > Enable TX Inhibit checkbox to operate in this mode.
