[hpsdr] TX frequency off on 20m.

Hello this is my first time posting, but I've ran into an issue.

I have the ANAN 100, and have been happily using it for over a year now.
I've rarely had problems, but they were normally caused by PowerSDR mRX
crashing. After updating to version 3.3.8 (and now on 3.3.9) sometimes my
TX will be off by about 50hz on 20m. I noticed this when I started
operating JT again.

Has anyone else ran into this issue or have any idea?\
