[hpsdr] Version update

Thanks for the hints, it worked, and now my 3.3.9 is fully operational.

I found how to save and restart the "memory", but, for the next update, 
how should I save all my settings (colours, CW, ...) as the data base 
will be obsolete, and I will have the warning??
