[hpsdr] Windows 10

I'm genuinely puzzled at the degree of knocking meted out to Windows in
general, and Windows 10 in particular. Why would one stop at Windows 7,
having got that far surely it makes sense to go a step or two further. I've
had Windows 10 running since it came out last July (or whenever). I've had
to rewind on a couple of the interim updates, but the main builds have been
good for me. This attitude thing reminds me of a bloke I knew many years ago
who did nothing but call Vauxhall cars saying they were useless, a couple of
months later he got a new car and as you've probably guessed it was a
Vauxhall.
