Glen,

Try renaming the entire settings folder located here:

C:\Users\<your pc name goes here>\AppData\Roaming\FlexRadio
Systems\PowerSDR mRX PS

This will cause a complete rebuild of everything associated with the
software. If that doesn't work out, you can always un-rename it and be back
where you were originally. Or, if things do work out, delete the renamed
folder permanently.
