[hpsdr] Question

Jim,

On Hermes based hardware/firmware the IP address can only be changed using
either HPSDR Programmer or HPSDR Bootloader.

The way the setup window is designed in PowerSDR mRX is somewhat deceiving,
to be sure, but you can only specify what the address of the radio is, not
actually change it there.
