[hpsdr] Question

All:

Very shortly after installing PowerSDRmRX 3.3.8 or maybe 3.3.9, my 
desktop started throwing Blue Screens of Death.

Now, I suspect this is coincidental; I think the hard drive is failing, 
but before modifying my only remaining working computer (to use at Field 
Day!) I wanted to do the due diligence:

Has anybody had problems like BSOD or Windows7 refusing to boot after 
installing 3.3.9 or 3.3.9?

No accusation, just a question!
