[hpsdr] PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.3.8 released - problem CW Memories and Keyboard

Hi   Doug ,

Thank you for a new release, it works fantastically well ..
But recently I discovered a problem:
If you work with CW keyboard, the sound is only the first character if the translation software in the "collapse" mode, the CW and sounds at the first keypad press and subsequent. I made a little video, something you would understand what was going on ... and if possible, corrected.
In version PowerSDR / OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.3.6 such a problem was not.
