[hpsdr] two instances of PSDR

Hello,

I found the Hermes2 database file at c:\

I have also checked the spelling of the -database command line and it seems
correct.
I also tried using -database: "%appdata%\FlexRadioSystems\PowerSDR mRX
PS\Hermes2"

and that did not work either.
