[hpsdr] DFC

I would expect that local PTT and keying will follow the same form they
currently take in PSDR and Thetis, that is to say:

PTT--space bar, mouse or COM port (I use a foot pedal switch on a COM port
input myself)
Key--COM port input (CTS for dit or straight key, DSR for dah)

And, again, there would be no Ethernet involved, the DSP CCA being a PCIE
card and residing inside the PC. There would certainly have to be an
external radio unit containing the antenna switching, filtering and
amplification. I'd guess that this would be connected using I2C or SPI.

My understanding is that as long as a reasonably serious NVIDIA graphics
card is installed for video, sufficient CUDA processing elements can be
borrowed from it without affecting video functionality and without
requiring a second, dedicated GPU.
