[hpsdr] Windows 10

all,Tuesday night MS hijacked my machine and downloaded windows 10 when I walked out of the shack for a while. Power SDR sounded bad when they gave it back and DPC doesn't play on win 10. I downloaded some updated drivers from Dell last night and now everything is happy. I think it actually works a little better. XPS8700, I7, 12g of Ram. Frank, WA1GFZ
