[hpsdr] Microphone doesn't work in PS v3.3.9 using VAC1

Hi,

I am using a Hermes-Lite transceiver
<https://github.com/softerhardware/Hermes-Lite> along with PowerSDR mRX
v3.3.9.0. With VAC1 configured and enabled Receive works perfect. However,
on transmit there is no output from Microphone. Screenshot attached [​​

Test tone works and gives output on PS and from hardware[tx.png]

Same hardware and microphone setup works with another software (Spark SDR
by Alan Hopper M0NNB www.ihopper.org/radio) and there is good SSB output.
