[hpsdr] Microphone doesn't work in PS v3.3.9 using VAC1

Hi Guys,

The issue really was with the VAC config.  I don't quite understand this,
but changing the buffer size from 2048 to 1024 in VAC config fixed my
issue.  Please see the attached screenshot.
May be somebody can shed some more light on this for users having similar
issues in future.
