[hpsdr] PowerSDR, cuSDR and new GUI for HPSDR

Hermann,
If people start playing with the interface... whatever happens...
please to not make the text smaller. With some SDR software I cannot see
them effectively.
Sadly, this will probably degrade with age and diabetes.
I like the current interface: I can see it :)
