[hpsdr] PowerSDR, cuSDR and new GUI for HPSDR

Herman,

Some of us fully appreciate what cuSDR does for us!

I am part of one of the UK's largest VHF Contest Groups (M0BAA/G8T) and
we use up to four large antenna systems on 144MHz with transverters to
Yaesu FTDX5000 and Elecraft K3s, however we split the IF output at 28MHz
and use a number of Anan SDRs and Angelia boards for panoramic receive
as well. We watch the whole of 144.100-144.450 on each of our receivers
in order to find activity, fix DX and see/avoid splatter and bad signals.

For this we have found that cuSDR is by far the most 'slick' user
interface with its easy-to-use, full screen, multiple RX capabilities
and is by far the best in both terms of receiver performance and
ease-of-use in crowded bands and under contest conditions. Even the
"ADC OVERLOAD" flashing in big red letters sort of comforting to let you
know when something is wrong ;-)

If you were to re-start development of cuSDR we would love to help out
in any way we could.
