[hpsdr] Separate GUI and processing

 Maybe a good idea to have them separate:

I like the clean visual that SDR-Console has.  Phil and others are masters of the guts.

A ways back it was fun when Cathy Moss was dumping out frequent GUIs with an exciting flair.  Sadly she is lost from the group.

I'm not skilled in either branch so totally dependent upon the gnomes grinding out code.  Only a few world wide.
