[hpsdr] A real newbie question

Hi Pete,

The default level calibration on PowerSDR mRX PS is for the 
openHPSDR/ANAN hardware.  However, there is a calibration function (see 
the Setup/General/Calibration tab) which should allow you to calibrate 
for the Red Pitaya.  Once calibrated, it should be very accurate.  The 
calibration process is straightforward as long as you have a signal 
source of a known amplitude.

I also want to point out that if you are doing things like MDS 
measurements, there are some special features that allow you to do 
accurate noise measurements.  These are spectrum analyzer type features 
not included in many radio consoles.  To read about that, look at the
