[hpsdr] FYI: Skywave Linux

Nice to see people finding and using Skywave Linux; I'm the dev behind the
distro.  HPSDR support is in it, though it does need more fleshing out.  If
you have suggestions to make it work better with Hermes and other boards,
I'm happy to do the tweaks.

Ghpsdr3-alex is perhaps my favorite radio app of all time.  It enabled me
to access spectrum from my apartment and see the great things good code can
do with good hardware.  A big thank you to everyone running dspservers
around the world.

Ubuntu 15.10 is now too old and I'm working on a clean, efficient, and
stable SDR platform in 16.04 LTS.  The web page talks mostly about
"listening" though transmit capability is there if the applications support
it.
