[hpsdr] PowerSDR Transverter Setup Query

Thanks Helmet,

What I suspected.

I already use the HPSDR natively on 630m.

I have been asked to review a transverter and wondered if I could set it up under the XVTR in powersdr.

I will revert to the FT847.
