[hpsdr] PS using Thetis

It's the firmware, not Thetis.
I would characterize Thetis as being a mature beta, whereas the firmware is
still in alpha.
The firmware currently does not appear to make timing on all radios under
all conditions. Three of the same model and revision radio can act three
different ways with the same firmware loaded.
Phil mentioned on a Teamspeak a few weeks ago that he was working on a new
approach to closing timing using Quartus Lite. How he's making out with
that has not been mentioned. In the meantime, based on Teamspeak
discussions, it would appear he is spread very thin, working on the 7000
firmware, Minerva CCA release, and the new Hermes design. Where closing
timing on Protocol 2 firmware falls in the priority department is unclear.
You will just have to be patient.
