[hpsdr] PowerSDR and Ozy

Hi Folks,
After three years of relocation I'm back to looking at what failed in my Mercury.
But first I have a software question. Starting on a new computer I loaded PowerSDR 3.3.9, the Altera Programmer, USBlaster, etc. (including LibUSB0 and USBlaster for Ozy). Updated Mercury to 3.4 and Penelope to 1.8. Power SDR appears to be loading Ozy with 2.8. However I get the notice that all three are at 0.0, and when I look in setup they show 0.0. Is this normal for 3.3.9 with Ozy?
